About Craig Paxson
V3Synergy Consulting, a consulting firm specializing improving operations in printing, document input, processing and output, was founded in 2008 by Craig Paxson.
As the Director of Operations for IBM, Craig developed the one-off, print-on-demand book manufacturing techniques in use at Lightning Source today and twice received Lightning Source’s “Lightning Bolt” award for technical innovation. His “Principles of Ultra Short Run” gives tips to printers who wish to move into this market space.
In the healthcare arena, Craig worked at Concentra Health Care where he led several process improvement projects that reduced annual data capture and document processing cost by millions of dollars.
Educationally, Craig has an M.B.A from Belmont University, an M.S. in Quality Assurance from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a B.S. in Computer Science from LeTourneau University. He is a member of the American Society for Quality and the Association for Manufacturing Excellence.
Craig has over 15 years of experience improving processes with innovative methods and proven results. His methods of process mapping and analysis provide operations managers with the tools to keep their operations on track. He bases his analysis on “Factory Physics” and Eli Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints.

Craig is also involved in Toastmasters International and serves on the Board of Directors of Una Recreation Center, a non-profit organization providing opportunities for youth football and cheerleading.
